April 2026. Our first on-site job fair

On Friday, April 10, 2026, we were pleased to host a Jobdating event at our MOTA industrial site.

Born out of a genuine desire to revitalize our region and bring together key players in the job market, this project—a first for us—is the result of a close and dedicated collaboration with the Manpower agency.

This job fair is part of a responsible recruitment approach focused on candidates’ soft skills and providing a hands-on introduction to our industrial professions.

The day’s program included:
✅ Coaching workshops: Resumes, interview etiquette, and best practices.
✅ Plant tour: Introduction to the professions and the work environment.
✅ Recruitment sessions for positions at MOTA, Maytronics, and Profroid.
